What is the mystery behind a great photo?  A great eye that captures the moment, masters the contrasts, breaks some rules and bonds the attraction. A passion for the art of photography and the challenge to think outside the box is my driving force. I studied under the late Judith Vejvoda from Boston, MS whose stern focus was to teach and master the fundamentals of black and white film, darkroom and the toning process before entering the world of light and digital composition at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography.   Picking a genre and sticking to it seems too structured so really looking and seeing an object, location or person and uniquely making the photo speak is what this photographer shoots.   Therefore, what works – is a bit of landscape, portrait, contemporary, new age.  Enjoy my galleries and if you see something you enjoy, let me know.  All is available to adorn your space!
